There are hundreds of organisations – charities, local authorities and health agencies - across the region wanting to help you. Find out who they are and how to contact them here.

Eastern region voluntary organisations - a list of charities and voluntary organisations that work in the region for the benefit of everyone in the community. If we have missed out an organisation, please send its name and website address to: admin@50pluseast.org.uk

National voluntary organisations - there are thousands of charities working across the UK. We can't mention them all here, but if there is a particular charity that you think deserves to be included, please send their name and website adress to admin@50pluseast.org.uk

Local government - we have created a list of all the district, borough and county council and new unitary authority websites across the East of England.

National Government - we have listed some of the more useful government department websites here.

Health agencies - the NHS is divided into three groupings within each county:

acute services, primary care and mental health services. The websites are listed here by county.
